Androgen Deprivation Therapy – A framework in the management of advanced prostate cancer

This article outlines a basic framework for clinicians working with patients who have advanced prostate cancer and who are commencing androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). Integration of complementary therapies may prove to be highly effective in co-management of the side effects of ADT.
